L & L Gant Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality educational resources, coaching, speaking services, digital products, and related offerings.
Because many of our products and services involve immediate digital access, downloadable materials, reserved calendar time, intellectual property, and limited-capacity experiences, all purchases are subject to the following Refund Policy.
By purchasing from www.lisacgant.com, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products & Downloadable Resources
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all sales of:
downloadable resources
PDFs
templates
worksheets
workbooks
guides
digital downloads
freebie upgrades
educational materials
are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once access or delivery has been provided.
2. Online Courses
All course purchases are final.
Because courses include immediate access to proprietary educational materials, intellectual property, downloadable resources, templates, and recorded content, no refunds will be issued once course access has been granted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
The Writer’s Road Map (TWRM)
future online courses
self-paced programs
educational trainings
workshop replays
bonus materials
If a payment plan is selected, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
revoked course access
removal from related communities
suspension of bonuses or materials
collections activity where legally permitted
3. Memberships & Subscription Programs
Future memberships or subscription-based programs may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Unless otherwise stated:
membership fees are non-refundable
partial-month refunds will not be issued
cancellation stops future billing only
Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the next renewal date.
4. Masterminds & Group Programs
Due to limited-capacity enrollment and reserved participation spaces, mastermind and group program purchases are generally non-refundable.
If payment plans are offered:
participants remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments
missed payments may result in revoked access
Specific mastermind terms may be outlined in separate program agreements.
5. Coaching Services
Coaching sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Clients may receive:
one complimentary reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
Additional reschedule requests may require:
purchase of a new session
administrative fees
forfeiture of the original session
No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and may be forfeited at the Company’s discretion.
6. Speaking Engagements & Events
Speaking engagements may require a non-refundable retainer or deposit to reserve event dates.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate speaking agreement:
retainers/deposits are non-refundable
clients may be responsible for non-refundable travel expenses already incurred
cancellations within 30 days of the event may require partial or full payment of the remaining balance
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Separate speaking contracts may include additional:
cancellation terms
travel policies
force majeure clauses
event-specific refund terms
7. Physical Books & Products
All physical product sales are final unless:
the wrong item was received
the item arrives damaged
the item is defective
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

At our discretion, we may offer:
replacement products
store credit
refunds for qualifying issues
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
8. Payment Plans & Failed Payments
If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment terms provided at checkout.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
revoked access to products or services
suspension from memberships or communities
removal from coaching or programs
cancellation of bonuses
collections activity where legally permitted
The Company reserves the right to deny future purchases or participation for accounts with unresolved balances.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact the Company directly to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or abuse of refund policies may result in:
revoked access to all products and services
permanent removal from programs or communities
denial of future purchases
collection efforts where legally permitted
We reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, Terms acceptance, access logs, download records, communications, and related documentation in response to payment disputes.
10. International Purchases
Customers are responsible for:
currency conversion fees
international transaction fees
taxes
duties
VAT or similar obligations
Refunds, where applicable, may be affected by exchange rates and processing fees outside the Company’s control.
11. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this Refund Policy are made solely at the Company’s discretion and do not create an ongoing obligation to provide future exceptions.
