Digital Product License Terms

for L & L Gant Enterprises LLC

These Digital Product License Terms (“License Terms”) govern the purchase, access, and use of digital products, educational materials, courses, templates, memberships, and related content provided by L & L Gant Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through www.lisacgant.com and related platforms.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Company digital product or educational material, you agree to these License Terms.

1. Grant of Limited License

When you purchase or access a Company digital product, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, individual, non-commercial use only.

You are purchasing access to licensed intellectual property — not ownership of the content itself.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the Company.

2. Covered Digital Products

These License Terms apply to all current and future Company digital products and educational materials, including but not limited to:

  • templates

  • Canva templates

  • Google Docs

  • slide decks

  • guides

  • swipe files

  • recorded trainings

  • livestream replays

  • memberships

  • masterminds

  • educational portals

  • coaching resources

  • digital downloads

  • community materials

  • proprietary frameworks

  • teaching systems

3. Personal Use Only

You may:

  • download materials for personal use

  • print materials for your individual use

  • access purchased content for your own educational purposes

You may not:

  • share materials with others

  • reproduce materials publicly

  • upload materials online

  • distribute materials

  • sublicense content

  • resell materials

  • forward downloads

  • provide group access

  • post materials in shared drives or communities

  • allow unauthorized third-party access

Organizational, institutional, church, classroom, team, group, or commercial use requires prior written permission from the Company.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Company content, educational systems, methodologies, frameworks, branding, structures, and materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of L & L Gant Enterprises LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Writer’s Road Map (TWRM)

  • the WORDS framework

  • the “One Thing Rule”

  • course structures

  • teaching systems

  • module sequencing

  • proprietary educational methodologies

  • presentations

  • templates

  • workbook layouts

  • exercises

  • visual branding

  • written content

  • coaching systems

  • educational language and terminology

Nothing in these License Terms transfers ownership rights to the purchaser or user.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • copy or recreate Company courses

  • mimic or reproduce course structures

  • repurpose Company teachings into your own products

  • teach Company proprietary frameworks without permission

  • white-label Company content

  • create derivative educational products from Company systems

  • repackage Company teachings

  • use Company materials in your own coaching or training business

  • remove copyright or branding notices

  • claim Company materials as your own

Unauthorized use may result in:

  • revoked access

  • legal action

  • copyright enforcement

  • financial damages claims

  • denial of future purchases

6. AI & Technology Restrictions

You may not:

  • upload Company materials into AI systems

  • use Company content to train artificial intelligence models

  • generate competing products using Company materials

  • use Company frameworks in AI-generated educational products

  • scrape Website or course content

  • automate extraction of Company materials

  • use Company content for machine learning purposes

This prohibition applies to:

  • PDFs

  • templates

  • videos

  • course materials

  • frameworks

  • workbooks

  • transcripts

  • downloads

  • proprietary educational systems

without prior written permission.

7. Organizational, Church & Group Use Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Company materials may not be:

  • taught in classrooms

  • used in workshops

  • distributed in churches

  • shared in writing groups

  • used in organizations

  • incorporated into school curriculum

  • distributed to teams or communities

Group licensing, institutional licensing, or facilitator certification may be required for such use.

8. Certification & Teaching Rights Reserved

The Company reserves exclusive rights to:

  • certify coaches

  • certify facilitators

  • authorize instructors

  • license teaching rights

  • approve educational partnerships

  • create official training programs related to Company frameworks and methodologies

Purchase of Company products does not grant permission to teach, certify, train, coach, or commercially apply Company systems publicly or professionally.

9. Account Access & Login Restrictions

Access to courses, memberships, portals, or digital platforms is intended for a single authorized user only.

You may not:

  • share login credentials

  • allow multiple users to access one account

  • transfer account ownership

  • sell account access

  • provide unauthorized team access

The Company reserves the right to:

  • monitor account usage

  • suspend suspicious activity

  • revoke access for violations

  • terminate accounts without refund for misuse

10. Lifetime Access Disclaimer

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, purchase of a digital product does not guarantee perpetual or lifetime access.

Where “lifetime access” is offered, it means access for the reasonable lifetime of:

  • the product

  • the platform

  • the Company’s operation of the service

at the Company’s discretion.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • modify platforms

  • discontinue products

  • update content

  • remove materials

  • migrate systems

  • revoke access for violations

without liability.

11. Payment Obligations

Purchase of digital products through payment plans creates a binding obligation to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • revoked access

  • suspension of materials

  • removal from communities

  • denial of future purchases

  • collections activity where legally permitted

12. Violations & Enforcement

Violation of these License Terms may result in:

  • immediate termination of access

  • removal from programs or memberships

  • revocation of licenses

  • legal action

  • copyright enforcement

  • DMCA takedown notices

  • financial damages claims

The Company reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

13. No Transfer of Rights

Access to Company digital products may not be:

  • transferred

  • sublicensed

  • assigned

  • inherited

  • gifted after purchase

  • sold to another party

without prior written consent.

14. Governing Law

These License Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to License Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these License Terms at any time.

Continued use of Company products or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
